1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of fidle.studio (“the Service”), an AI-powered website builder operated by fidle studio limited, a company incorporated in New Zealand(“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately at hello@fidle.studio of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate, publish, or distribute unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content;

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service except as permitted by law.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate website designs, layouts, copy, images, and code. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated output before publishing it. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, non-infringing, or suitable for your specific purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you retain ownership of the original content you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use that content solely to operate and improve the Service. We retain ownership of all software, templates, designs, and underlying technology. You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices.

7. Subscription & Payments

Some features of the Service may require payment. Fees are described on our pricing page and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise in a specific plan.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use harms the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time through the Service or by contacting us at hello@fidle.studio.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, fidle studio limited and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts ofNew Zealand.
